Responsibilities

1. Website Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company’s owned website, ensuring it aligns with brand objectives and drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the website, including content updates, user experience optimization, and technical maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, product) to create and implement campaigns, product launches, and promotional pages.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance, using data to make informed decisions on site optimization, conversion rate improvements, and SEO strategies.
  • Ensure the website reflects the latest branding, messaging, and content standards while being responsive and user-friendly across devices.

2. CRM & Newsletter Content Creation

  • Lead the strategy and execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring relevance and value for subscribers.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content for newsletters and other CRM-driven communications, aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from ideation and copywriting to distribution and performance tracking.
  • Oversee segmentation strategies to ensure communications are targeted effectively, enhancing customer engagement and driving conversions.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.), A/B testing, and customer feedback.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze website and CRM performance metrics, preparing regular reports on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, email performance) to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage insights to refine digital marketing strategies and improve the customer journey across both web and email channels.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

  • Work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure all website and email, messaging assets are on-brand and visually appealing.
  • Partner with the local teams and product teams to integrate communication campaigns, product launches, and customer insights into the website and CRM communications.
  • Facilitate the best practices
  • Recommend and execute Global Digital Marketing strategy to meet company targets

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS

  • Over 2 years of successful Digital Marketing position
  • Good knowledge of major Digital Marketing tools and fields such as Google Analytics/Ads, Content Management, SEO, SEM and CRM as well as ability to quickly adapt to new tools
  • Excellent project steering skills to efficiently drive projects with multiple external and internal stakeholders (including IT teams)
  • Great collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
  • High interest in Digital Marketing trends and evolution
  • Fluent in Japanese and full professional capabilities in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates and email template editing.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Work experience in an international/APAC environment
  • FMCG experience
